Remains found in Caylee Anthony case match predictions of forensic astrologers

Astrologers posting on one of the Web’s most popular true-crime forums predicted that the body of missing Caylee Marie Anthony, 2, of Orlando, Fla., was hidden in her own neighborhood and would indeed be found, despite the passage of months and the failure of massive searches. One even predicted in November that important evidence would be unearthed Dec. 11, and another saw a service worker playing a key role.

If the child’s remains found by a meter reader Dec. 11 about a half-mile from the Anthony home are determined to be Caylee’s, which logic and probability say they are, the astrological sleuths at Websleuths.com will have several new and notable confirmations to their credit, testifying to their skill in interpreting charts cast not only for the people involved in the case, but also for the questions that arise, as they arise.

Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony, is in jail, charged with first-degree murder. The newly discovered skeletal remains are undergoing DNA testing to confirm identity.

Astrology takes snapshots of moments in time and space – the time and place of your birth, for instance, for calculating your natal chart. Transits can also be analyzed – a snap of the sky at any given moment of “here and now” as compared against the sky at the moment and place of your birth. A more complex technique analyzes a snap of the time and place a question arises in search of the answer in a horary chart.

The basic idea is that as creatures of nature, we reflect nature and nature reflects us. The qualities of particular moments in time and space are reflected in the way we carry on in those moments. The symbolic meanings that correlate the patterns above with the patterns below were originally recorded by the same ancient class of scholars from whose efforts grew amazing discoveries in astronomy, systems of mathematics and marvels of ancient engineering.

One of the astro-sleuths with apparent laser-beam insight, who saw Caylee hidden close to home in an act of concealment that made Caylee’s mother her own worst enemy, is a grandmother residing in western New York, a student of metaphysics since 1978, who posts at Websleuths under the username of Soulscape. Another member with the username Tuba is also pivotal in the discussions, as are members like Kaitland, MeenaMom and many others.

But like every discussion at Websleuths, analysis of whatever topic – from laboratory evidence to Casey Anthony’s cell-phone pings to astrology – is a group effort, open to any armchair detective willing to abide by the rules and post respectfully. Tricia Griffith, who runs the free forums along with a crew of dedicated moderators, does a great job providing site members with platforms, like the new astrology crime calendar, for keeping their theories and discoveries organized. She also keeps lots of cold cases on site in hopes that the continued attention will help them be solved.

The popular site’s server can get a little overwhelmed at times, and it can be hard to connect when there is important news announced in cases, but the crime forums never stay down long, so keep trying.

Christopher, you forgot "a broken watch is right twice a day." But slogans aren't true commentary. There are many things in this life that we don't understand that may, nevertheless, influence human behavior and activity. To denigrate mindlessly what we don't understand is just taking a cheap shot.

    Dear friends, websleuths & readers,

Thanks so much for the discussion! Having done my share of crime reporting early in my journalism career, there's always that deep pang for the people involved in tragedies. I've stood alongside them, sat with them privately. Some of it is wrenching even to remember. Yet, I am often drawn to read at WS.

As aksleuth touched on, there's a human need to try to understand how things get to the point where people see some sort of "answer" in doing evil. Understand it so you can counteract it. Keep on being the change you want to see in the world, yes?

    You guys rock.
