What soup is Laura Ling's mom serving up?

BURBANK, CALIF. - Did your ears perk when former Vice President Al Gore said Wednesday morning, "And Laura, your mom's been making your special soup for two days now."

The hunt began for that special soup recipe and it seems that ABC's Kate Snow was the winner. The television journalist reported Wednesday evening that it's a "Chinese watercress soup."

Of course we don't have the exact recipe that Chinese American Mrs. Ling will serve up tonight, but here's a link to some Chinese watercress soup recipes.
