A proud wife and mother of an energetic 4-year-old, Phyllis finds the creativity and imagination of crafting not only a hobby but also a necessity. Crafting has provided a creative and educational outlet for the entire family. Originally from the sunny and vibrant Gulf Coast city of Mobile, Alabama, Atlanta's big city charms have been home for more than 13 years. As an avid collector of all things "recycled", she can find the best deals at Goodwill or an independent thrift store. It is a great feeling of accomplishment to take a discarded item and with a little paint and imagination turn it into a crafting treasure.
