Zumba for seniors (Video)

Zumba, anyone? The latest exercise craze is sweeping Long Island for seniors looking for a fun way to stay in shape and get the hart going.

The Garden City Recreation Department will orfer a series of zumba classes for seniors starting January 28th. Classes will be held in St. Paul's Senior Center on Monday evenings at 6:45, or Cluet Hall on Tuesday mornings at 9:15 a.m. Each 45 minute class will be led by Felicia Lovaglio. Classes will run for 12 weeks and are offered seniors over age 65 who are residents of the village of Garden City. Cost is $60.
