It appears Zepp Labs is out to revolutionize every sport.

Baseball, golf and tennis have benefited from Zepps 3D sensor for swing analysis and now the sport of fastpitch softball is in the mix.

In a groundbreaking partnership, – Zepp Labs and Premier Girls Fastpitch (PGF) have agreed to a multi-year agreement, that makes Zepp Labs the Official and Exclusive Swing Analysis and Technology Platform of the PGF.

“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to partner with PGF,” explains Jason Fass, CEO of Zepp Labs. “They’ve built the leading softball platform, and we share a mutual goal of helping girls maximize their playing potential. This is a crucial relationship for us as we further incorporate Zepp’s proprietary metrics and platform into the fabric and vocabulary of today’s sports and athletes.”

Zepp's tiny sensor perfectly attaches to the end of a bat and captures over 1000 points of data per swing. It creates a perfect 3D rendering on any smartphone or tablet where players, coaches and parents can get instant and worthwhile feedback on bat speed, hand speed, time to impact, attack angle and quite a bit more.

The PGF National Championships has become one of the top softball events in the country. Starting this July 19th and running for two weeks, PGF will host almost 400 of the very top travel ball clubs and college coaches in the country in Huntington Beach, Irvine and Fountain Valley, California.

In the future, all PGF camps and clinics will use the Zepp 3D sensor to capture, measure and analyze player swings at a Zepp hitting station. The Zepp data will become the standard for how softball players are measured.

Good news indeed, for fastpitch softball players.

Zepp sensors can be used in baseball, golf, tennis and now softball. They are sold in retail stores around the world. Examples include: Apple, Best Buy, and Verizon. For detailed information, visit www.zepp.com.
