NOW Artspace did not only have beautiful pieces of art on Thursday June 9th; but also a fashion show by Zavella, a Colorado-based clothing company. The guests admired art, enjoyed food and drink as they checked out the ecofriendly clothing by Zavella.
Sarah Iskandani, the owner of the Zavella thanked everyone for coming and gave a rundown of the fashion show. She displayed the versatility of the clothing; everything from going to yoga class, to heading out on the town, and how the wraps can dress up outfits.
The clothing from Los Angeles is 70% organic bamboo, 30% organic cotton, and dyed by Ms. Iskandani, all by hand. “We listen to our customer’s need and wants. They tell us what color, print, they like and we customize it,” said Ms. Iskandani.
Before and after the show, the guests could purchase the clothing on the spot. The best part was the purchases went to a good cause. The Denver Urban Gardens received $50 from the sales at the event and three trees will be planted. Zavella will continue their relationship with DUG and the community.
Make sure to go to theirwebsite Zavella.com to check out their adorable, eco-friendly clothing.
