The Zang Toi Spring 2013 fashion collection is inspired by the romantic French Riviera. Zang Toi is a New York based Malaysian-born fashion designer, know for luxurious, opulent and beautiful clothing. His latest collection was presented at a runway show with ] Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2013, during New York Fashion Week. The collection contains thirty-three looks made up of thirty womenswear outfit, and three menswear pieces.
One of the stand out looks was an ivory silk gazar cloud mini dress, with hand-beaded wild flowers. It's semi-transparent top, and short hem, grace the body with very soft yet abundant sensuality.
A sexy gown for a glamorous evening affair is an ice pink silk gazar "Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc" gown encrusted with ice crystals. This dress is perfect for the The Met Museum Costume Institute's annual ball; which some consider Oscar night for the fashion industry.
A third striking look was a very feminine soft ice lilac princess ball gown encrusted with ice crystal hand-beaded blossoms and sequins. It has an oversized coft left sleeve, and leaves the right arm and shoulder bare.
Mr. Toi mixes lingerie with masculinity in a black silk shantung floor-length tail coat with ivory hand-beaded wild flowers lining, ivory silk duping tuxedo shirt and bow tie, and black silk shantung high-waisted shorts. This outfit is bold, daring, and makes a very strong irresistible statement.
