Zachary Garred new Aussie actor on General Hospital

General is adding another Aussie to the show. Funny he sounds like Ingo in real life. Okay here goes.

They looked for someone "27-35, cute, appealing. New Age vibe. Soulful, zen, chill. More concerned with saving the planet than how he looks." They found Australian actor Zachary Garred

"Levi" will be featured in a story arc with Maxie who returns from her travels to find herself. Garred's role is short term, expected to play out over several months, but if the fans like him he may get lucky.

Zachary Garred will debut on “General Hospital” on April 3, the same day of the show’s 51st anniversary.

"Follow our new #GH homie @ZJGarred ! (He's pretty funny)," Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) told fans on Twitter.

General Hospital can be seen weekdays on ABC at 2 p.m.
