Perhaps because folks are excited to see Tyler Perry's newest offering, his April 2nd Good Friday opening movie, Why Did I Get Married Too?
And also due to the fact that Janet opens up a little bit about personal things: Her recent weight loss that Tyler notices, her brother's death and more.
Tyler and Janet also joke about being married or dating, causing the YouTube.com comments section to come alive with talk of them making a cute couple...if it were true.
Jill Scott also sits down with Tyler Perry on The Tyler Perry Show to talk about her baby boy, and what it was like to get back on the set of the "Why Did I Get Married Too?" movie so soon after having her son.
She won the NAACP Image Award for her work on The Number 1 Ladies' Detective Agency -- and Tyler said he believes they'll be another similar award nod for her work as Sheila in his new film.
"You're just in my life," Scott said about Perry's uncanny ability to write what she's been through, namely the divorce she was going through during the first movie.
"I didn't get swag till I turned 40," Perry joked with Jill as she said she's gotten her confidence back. They also talk about the first time the 6' 6" Perry came into the South Philly store where Jill worked and the writer, director invited her to his play.
Jill Scott deals with her husband in the below YouTube.com video of "Sheriff Troy" cussing at his wife "Sheila" -- and telling her that they should've never left Colorado.
Continuing on, Lamman Rucker, better known Sheriff Troy, shows up as "the new heartthrob" on The Tyler Perry Show who gives Jill a longing look when he walks out.
On-screen and off-screen chemistry abounded between the couple, said the director.

Nice article!!! Great work. I think that they are really dating. Did you notice the body language? Whenever he's with her, he's always touching her - has his hands around her waist, her shoulders, hugging her or something. He kept touching her chair, made that little joke so that she'd touch his hands a couple of times. The way that he looks at her, it seems to me that he's completely smitten.
so my guess is that they were joking about getting married like you said from before correct?
