Do you have food allergies? Does your doctor recommend you cut down on gluten? Are you lactose intolerant? Are you a vegan? And, most important, do you love bakery food concoctions, but don’t have many options? Reverie Bakeshop isn’t just named after a daydream (that’s what reverie means), they make your dreams of edible, tasty, healthier sweets come true!
Nancy and Racene opened Reverie Bakeshop on September 23, 2013 in Dallas/Fort Worth and they have become a magnet for all bakery lovers, offering an array of treats including cinnamon rolls, danishes, muffins, coffee cakes, cookies and donuts that are free of dairy, artificial flavor, refined sugar, hydrogenated fat, preservatives and cholesterol. You can also get cookie cakes, cheesecakes, chunky monkey bars and custom cakes for your life’s special moments. Homemade paninis made with gluten-free bread are available and choices include chickpea avocado, Tuscan chicken and BKT (tempeh bacon, kale and tomato). See their full menu.
Reverie Bakeshop practices sustainability through recycling and using biodegradable products including utensils and cups. People who bring back their boxes and use their own coffee cups get discounts. And, they have been open for less than three weeks and have already started their plans to give back to the community by donating to the holiday food drive at JJ Pierce High School.
Even if you don’t have dietary restrictions, you must try Reverie Bakeshop. Their treats are delectable and, when counting nutrition numbers, you'll feel a little less guilty when satisfying your sweet tooth.
