Now with winter almost over, our bodies my need to take a different shape, like this snowman that needs more work to look better. I am sure if most of us could change the shape of our bodies like unlike this out of shape snowman, it would look differently, such as more shapely arms and smaller mid-section. It is very important when making a plan to get healthy to have an image in your mind first. Here is a mental exercise, imagine you could change the shape of your body using snow and visualize what it could look like. It may seem silly but if there is still some snow if near your home, go out there and try to create a new you, it does not have to be perfect but again visualization is important, the writer will explain why this is important in another article.
