As with most things in life, the paranormal tends to affect people differently. Only you can determine if you are scared of your surroundings or things that are occurring around you.
The paranormal simply means the unexplained. Not everything is haunted or has a spirit in the location and some things can indeed be explained. For those that cannot explain occurrences it is common to reach out to a paranormal team.
