Your Facebook Life Now Live Online as a Video – Benefit or Hate It?

Hollywood of sorts has come to your Facebook page and you are the star in your own personal new video according to CNN. On Tuesday, you and countless millions of others around the globe debuted in a short 62-second video version of your travels through Facebook land since you signed up.

Is it an intrusion or is it something that you and your adoring family, Facebook friends and other onlookers will enjoy seeing? Lights, camera, action and so it goes for a random selection of your most-liked posts, random selection of photos all set to hopefully relaxing instrumental music.

Some may feel that the proactive Facebook video of your personal life on the social media site may be a bit like peeling an apple and finding juicy delicious fruit or maybe a few unwanted worms.

According to CNN, the you and your life personal video was launched with a-typical non-media splash. Their actual name for the individualized video clips is A Look Back,” which was done to coincide with the official launch of Facebook a decade ago on February 4th, 2004.

If you love the notion of sharing your Facebook look back video then as of noon ET Tuesday you can share away. If for some reason the idea of sharing it sends chills up your spine, then let it sit on your Timeline until it is gone after a month, according to CNN.

A spokesperson for Facebook also advised those who feel that some of the material is just too private to even sit on their Facebook Timeline, you can use the “Edit Your Movie,” button, reported CNN.
