Young Jeezy was arrested on Sunday after police found an assault rifle on his tour bus. The search warrant was obtained after a concert attendee was fatally shot during the Wiz Kalifa/Young Jeezy Under The Influence tour performance in Mountain View, California and resulted in officers finding the illegal weapon believed to belong to the rapper. According to the Los Angeles Times on Monday, many members of Jeezy's group were arrested.

Young Jeezy, whose real name is Jay Jenkins, is currently on tour with Wiz Kalifa and other hip hop artists with the Under The Influence tour. After the search on Young Jeezy's tour bus, the rapper was one of six arrests made. None of those arrested are suspects in the shooting death that took place as the Shoreline Amphitheater show was ending.

Eric Johnson, a 38-year old Orinda man, was fatally shot during the Mountain View show leading to the search warrant. After the shooting occurred on Friday, Wiz Kalifa and concert promoter Live Nation chose to cancel the show for the following night in Chula Vista.

The show moved on to Irvine for a Sunday performance but Young Jeezy was not there. Turns out he is being held on $1 million bail. He has not yet posted bail and remains in custody. The other five individuals arrested were identified as Alexa Beason, William Paul Gilmore, David Kuniansky-Altman, Kena Jermaine Marshall, and Peter Arthur Maynard. All five were said to be working for the tour and all are suspected of possessing an assault weapon.
