Walter does not have a voice to ask for help, nor hands to open the barred door which holds him captive in his cement kennel run - but he does have eyes which speak of his desperation and desire to be set free.
The two-year-old dog was taken in at the East Valley Animal Care and Control facility in Van Nuys, Calif., on Dec. 10...today, he remains locked in a cell as if he had done something wrong.
The young dog's history is unknown - however, if he has been kept at the facility for this length of time, he has surely shown the facility's staff that he is a worthy candidate for adoption.
Weeks have passed and nobody has offered to help Walter - please take a moment to network his information with the hopes that it reaches the one person who has the power to make a difference in Walter's life.
