Young Artists Awards to peform at Arts for ACT Gallery during Art Walk (Photos)

On Friday, February 1, the Young Artists Awards will present two award winning performers at the Arts for ACT Gallery from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Vocalists Noelle Aparte and Ben Lamoureux will be featured in conjunction with February Art Walk in downtown Fort Myers and the 'Art by Kids with Cancer' program exhibition.

Noelle, sixteen, is a multiple year winner of the Young Artists Awards competition. Ben is a seventeen year old senior. Both students attend North Fort Myers High School.

Now in its 10th year of programming, the Young Artists Awards is a not for profit education, performance, audition and scholarship program for students from throughout Southwest Florida. The organization is also a monthly partner with Art Walk.

The Arts for ACT Gallery is located at 2265 First Street in the historic downtown Fort Myers River District.
