Some things are better left unsaid.
Everything asked doesn't necessarily require a response.
Why?
Why ask, why?
Life is as beautiful as a beach ...
Therefore, the need to respond to every single question asked in life is extremely draining and useless.
Psychologically, this behavior and repulsive thirst to justify your every action, feeling, belief and/or mindset in life is simply harmful to living the life of your choice.
Somehow - others know your life better than you. Somehow - others have walked in your shoes before. Somehow - the decisions you make are always wrong. Somehow - you're living someone's American dream.
This all begins when someone asks the question: Why? ...
Why are you going there, instead of there ...?
Why are you doing that ...?
Why aren't you ...?
Why can't you ... ?
These are examples of questions in which people want you to question who you are and why you do what you do. As I observed my behaviors, questions and reality - I found that avoiding these "why" questions eliminates bondage.
Avoid them.
Yes, others will question you more, they will also become curious of who you really are and certainly feel like they deserve a response - (which takes meaningless time away from your life if you're going to do it anyway).
Ask yourself: Why do I ask "why" questions?
In return - the answer that we get is rarely the answer we're seeking and in contrary to popular belief, our walk in life will answer every "why" question itself by just living.
When you're enjoying the beautiful beach - no one asks "Why are you at the beach?" .....
Why live? ... Don't respond.
