With very few places remaining in New York to enjoy a cigar while sipping on a cocktail, The Carnegie Club was the first in New York and indoor smoking remains in style at this swanky lounge. Much like the show itself, guests can step back in time and light up while sipping on a set of cocktails that are fit for a Mad Man, including:
Betty’s Bitter Rage
Tequila, Campari, minced ginger, agave nectar, shaken well and served with a salted rim
Liquor & Smoke (Roger)
Single Malt Scotch, fresh lemon and orange juices, served on the rocks and garnished with an orange peel
Pete the Bachelor
Jack Daniels served over ice and garnished with an orange slice
The Fiery Redhead
Gin, muddled strawberries and mint, served over ice and topped with Sparkling Wine
The Don Draper
Gin, Carpano Antica Formula, pineapple juice, served on the rocks with an orange peel
Cocktails are $15.
The Carnegie Club cigar lounge will host a viewing party for the season premiere of the hit show on Sunday, April 13th. The festivities begin at 8pm with the screening starting promptly at 10pm. Don't forget your 1960's attire! (optional).
