You'll have a crush on Boston's new CRUSH

Artisan-made pizza to your specs in 90 seconds
CBH Communications

Tony Naser wants to "put the word out there for eating good food, not food from big chains," and on Boston's State St. (107 State) last fall, he opened CRUSH, a Neapolitan pizzeria with pizza that goes into an Italian wood-fired oven and is done in 90 seconds.

Not only does it come out fast, hot and delicious but you get to literally make your own pizza - a generous single serving size that's topped with your choice of 36 toppings ranging from the usual - fresh mozzarella, sausage, red onion, and fresh basil to gourmet level choices such as house made pesto, truffle cream and Prosciutto Di Parma.

Owner Tony Nastase, a life-long food lover, went to culinary school and had several restaurants in New Hampshire before becoming a jeweler. He still owns a jewelry store, but pizza is his pride and joy. The original CRUSH is in Nashua, but Tony and his brother, Joe are thinking of further expansion into the Boston market.

Be healthy and top your meal off with a salad, then indulge in a house-made gelato! There are plenty of choices, it's quick, tasty and reasonably priced. Basic pizzas are $7.95 and toppings are $1 apiece. Or pick one of the specialty pies - Salsiccia, Pesto Blast, Greco, Hawaiian, Bourbon BBQ Chicken and more, priced from $9.95 to $11.95.

Your meal can be as extensive or small as you pick. Starters include Antipasto Misto, Insalata Caprese, and Polpette (Meatball) for $6 to $12.

Create a feast or simply have your own individual pizza - it's your option, or come with the office crowd. CRUSH also caters meetings, part ices and events. Call them at 857-350-4222 and have your very own crush on CRUSH.
