One of life's or should we say 'death's' biggest questions is what happens when we die? Does a person's consciousness (soul/spirit) survive after physical death? If so, where does it go? Is there really a heaven? Is there a hell? If there is an afterlife, what is it like?
A large study is currently underway to “learn more about the afterlife realms,” as well as determine how spirit communications affect people’s beliefs. Voices Across The Veil™ is a project of AfterlifeData.com, which is the largest Internet database on the afterlife.
“This project is so exciting,” said Michelle Szabo, one of the project’s creators. “This is an opportunity for people to seek answers to many of the questions we all have about life and death.”
She added that the project would also help those who have never delved into this area of research to increase their understanding.
The Voices Across The Veil™ study involves people of all nationalities who take part in sessions with mediums and complete questionnaires. Upcoming sessions are August 26, 27 and 30, and September 2, 3, 9 and 13 with more after that. Only 10 people can take part in each session, which includes a moderator and one of several internationally known professional mediums.
Those taking part are Jessica Costello, a healer, medium and radio host, Gayle Kirk, a medium, psychic and channeler, Denise Lescano, medium, psychic, intuitive consultant, teacher and author, Jen Queen, a medium since age 7 and Anna Raimondi, a spiritual medium, psychic and author. The mediums will help participants connect with loved ones who have crossed over.
Each of these sessions cost $40 and those who wish to participate need to set aside 1.5 to 2 hours. According to the web site, the fee is necessary to offset the costs related to the study “and to keep quality high.”
Before each session, participants will be asked to answer a series of questions with more to follow after the session. The results of this study will be posted on AfterlifeData.com and a scientific paper will be prepared for both journals and conferences. As well participants will receive a recording of their sessions.
