The Easter Bunny is personally inviting all Clevelanders and their children to hop aboard the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad's "Easter Bunny Express" on Saturday, April 6 for a special holiday adventure.
Easter Bunny Express With a departure at 10:10 a.m. from the Akron Northside Station in Akron, passengers will get to enjoy a leisurely train ride with the Easter Bunny as they journey through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park to Peninsula, Ohio.
Once there, a bus will take the passengers to the nearby Happy Days Lodge for the annual Easter Egg Extravaganza. Among the activities will be making crafts and a puppet show. The showcase activity will be an Easter Egg Hunt where passengers can enjoy the sight of the children scurrying around looking for the hidden Easter treasures.
A bus will then transport the passengers back to the Peninsula train station where they will board for the return trip.
Cost of the Easter Bunny Express train excursion is $26 for adults and $14 for children. It is highly recommended that you make advance reservations and it is suggested that you arrive at the Akron Northside Station at least 30 minutes before departure.
