Yoko Ono to hit top of dance charts for eighth time

Yoko Ono will hit the top of the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Chart for the sixth consecutive time (and her eighth time overall) with her latest release "Move on Fast (The Remixes)" on the chart for the week of March 13. The current chart shows Ono at no. 2, but that will change with the next chart.

The new single follows a back-to-back string of number ones with "Wouldnit (I'm A Star)," "Give Me Something," "I'm Not Getting Enough," "Give Peace a Chance" and "No No No" at the top spot.

"Move on Fast" was originally taken from Ono's 1972 Apple album "Approximately Infinite Universe." It's the latest in a series of dance remixes featuring help from a variety of artists including Flaming Lips, Sparks, Pet Shop Boys, Basement Jaxx, Junior Boys, Porcupine Tree and Oscar winning composer Craig Armstrong.

"Move On Fast (The Remixes)" will be available as three separate digital green singles on Mind Train/Twisted Records at iTunes and the Twisted Records online store when it's released  March 12.

In an interview we did with Ono last year, she indicated plans to reissue her Apple Records albums are under discussion.
