The park is nestled among beautiful natural foliage and thousands of beautiful, brightly colored flowers. The air is fresh and smells slightly of pine. Each Sunday there is a new instructor leading the hour; the instructors come from all over Albuquerque and teach at various studios and gyms. The exercise hour may be geared more toward yoga while other weeks more toward Pilates.

Yoga in the Park begins promptly at 10:00am and participants can enter the El Pinto between 9:30 and 9:45 to get ready for the morning workout. There is a requested $5 donation to support the instructors and program. Bring a mat or one may be provided. Participants will also receive a $10 gift card to enjoy brunch with new friends. El Pinto is located at 10500 4th Street NW.
