There are so many different styles of yoga, it can be difficult to make a decision about which one is right for each of our many needs. This quiz is meant to help with that. Of course it wasn't possible to include all the styles of yoga, but four major types are included.

A. You like to hold each pose for a little while, but not too long.
B. You prefer to move quickly through your poses.
C. You enjoy a challenge, and you want to detox your body.
D. You like to hold each pose for a long time.
5. How would you describe your experience with pranayama, or breath?
A. I am quite aware of it, but I still need to concentrate on it.
B. I'm aware of it and put it into practice regularly.
C. I'm an expert with pranayama, especially when I exercise.
D. I've never heard of it.
Mostly A's-Hatha or Vinyasa style is best for you. They are also known as beginner or flow classes.
Mostly B's-Power yoga or Ashtanga is best for you. They are more challenging and faster paced.
Mostly C's-Bikram or Hot yoga is best for you. Warning: The studio will most likely be 105 degrees!
Mostly D's-Restorative or Gentle yoga is best for you. Relaxation is just what your body needs.
