The number one new year's resolution every year is still to get in shape. Getting in shape, however, does not mean to just lose weight. Getting in shape also has to do with healthy habbits such as good eating and exercising. If the work has you tired, then you probably do not want to go to the gym for heavy duty excersize; who really knows all about those machines anyway, right?  No, you probably rather have a massage. Or, maybe the gym is just not for you, then consider this solution; treating yourself to a good massage or a nice relaxing fitness class.

Yup, no heavy cardio, no danger with weights and no crazy machinery... just yoga or a message.

Finally, FIU over at the Biscayne Bay Campus is offering free yoga classes and massage therapy for all FIU students. All fitness levels are welcomed! Classes have you stressed out? There is no longer the need to go and pay an expensive massage, and since it is on campus, you have no excuse for not treating yourself to one. The schedule is as follows:
