Have you ever tried yoga at Sunrise? This August one has the chance to join CorePower Yoga at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, which is a legendary and gorgeous landmark just outside of Denver city limits. This summer is the second summer that CorePower Yoga has sponsored an event called "Yoga on the Rocks" for four Saturdays beginning at sunrise. Already it has begun for two successful sessions; still two more mornings remain for anyone interested: Saturday, August 9 and Saturday, August 16. Get up early, get up to Red Rocks, and join the 1,600 other enthusiastic people for a sunrise salute in the gorgeous Colorado outdoors.

Yes, CorePower Yoga classes have been taking place for a couple weeks now, so be sure to attend the August 9 and August 16 classes at the magnificent outdoor Red Rocks Amphitheatre at sunrise. The gates to the park open at 6:00 a.m. and the classes begin at 7:00 a.m. Individual sessions cost $12 per person per class. Also, there is a market place on the Upper Plaza of the Ampitheatre, which is sponsored by Whole Foods Market. So everyone is able to sample complimentary food and beverages--no charge! Check out and sample the food and drinks after the yoga class for sustenance while you may visit with the friendly Whole Foods Market representatives offering their free refreshments.

A donation of $1 per admission is encouraged to help benefit the Whole Planet Foundation, which is a nonprofit company that works to diminish poverty by supporting more than five hundred thousand women entrepreneurs in fifty-nine countries worldwide.
