Year In Review 2012 Meditation

It’s an inside job. Everybody wants to “bliss out” but nobody wants to be the guru, on the other hand you’ve got the egomaniacs who swear they are leading you to higher consciousness, as they spend the their time talk about themselves. For those who are getting down to the business of becoming more aware of each experience as it occurs, you are anchored steadily in meditation and the stress reduction is a bonus.
