Toronto International Film Festival is one of the most important events of the year in our city, and the buzz around it is unmistakable. One of the events during this year’s TIFF was Young Emerging Actors Assembly (YEAA) opening party for the festival that took place on at Studio Event Theatre in Toronto (located on 333 King Street West), on September 5.
The event was scheduled to start at 8pm and the access to the venue was invitation based only. Attendees’ names were thoroughly checked at the entrance on the guest list; and, of course, you would have made inside only if your name was on the list. The dress code of the event was “Dress to Impress”. Emerging actors, script writers, producers and other young and up-and-coming film industry professionals, but also media, were in attendance at the YEAA opening party. Among the attendees were actress Clara Pasieka (short films Bejide, Audition Day, Pretty Thing), actors Richard Young (short films Audition Day, Getaway Car, A Man Is a Man Is a Man), actor Gabe Grey (short film The Haircut), actor Edsson Morales (short film Eneme), producer Chris Green (short film Eneme), and others.
