On Friday, June 24th, 2011, YBG (Young Bosses Generation) Entertainment Group presented “A Long Kiss Goodnight”, The Official Company Launch Celebration.
The exclusive soiree` was coordinated in conjunction with Divine Brown Media Group, Toast-LA and ZM Consulting Corporation, who kicked off BET Awards weekend at the Dolce Groups’ famed “Lemon Basket Restaurant” in West Hollywood.
Inside, guests enjoyed cocktails and conversation while sampling tasty Hors d'œuvres and meeting with the press inside the media lounge. Stars like Omar Gooding (Baby Boy, Barbershop: The Series), Lyndah Pizzarro (Operation Repo), Model/Actress Claudia Jordan (The New Price is Right) and multi-platinum singer artist J McCoy ("JUMP" Walt Disney Records movie soundtrack "Jump In") Sean Riggs (Stomp the Yard, Sex Chronicles) and acclaimed music producers John Myers and Justin Trubman were just some of the celebs that stopped by before taking a ride by private car to the main event at Hollywood’s greatest escape-The Sunset Plaza House.
Upon arrival, guests were treated to a bevy of cocktails, wines and spirits designed especially for YBG. Premiere liquor sponsor, Castle Brands Inc., showcased an impressive selection of products mixed by Beverage Concierge, Ocean Bar Service. “Organic Agave Margarita’s”, were a fan-favorite among the guests, made with “Tierra’s Organic Tequila” and “Agave Nectar”. The citrus-filled “Smooth Sailing” made with “Boru Vodka” and “Pallini Limoncello Liqueur” also kept attendees coming back for more.
Wooden Bottle Wineries was also on-hand to serve its unique and flavorful “Peach Chardonnay” as VIP’s played Poker in the “Marilyn Monroe Lounge”. The Winery also poured its signature Red Wine “Italian Amarone”; a combination of warm fruit and light oak, making it the perfect complement to the hand-rolled cigars that were made fresh during the event.
Hint Water also served as beverage sponsor for the event, encouraging guests to “Drink Healthy” with its pure and refreshing flavored waters. The vast assortment kept them cool throughout the evening before things heated up on the dance floor.
The soundtrack for the evening was personally selected by YBG Entertainment CEO, King Suni Blac who presented his new roster of Hip-Hop and R&B Acts, including Season 6, American Idol contestant, Jheri Walker Jr. “This summer, be on the lookout for the YBG official EP” offers the Entrepreneur. “We are about to change the game”.
