Yates honored at his high school

Texans quarterback T.J. Yates was inducted Tuesday into his high school's Hall of Fame.

Yates, who is from Indiana but attended high school at Pope High in East Marietta, Georgia, admitted that given his roots as a Hoosier, his true love is basketball.

But don't worry, T.J.  It's our secret.

Yates later posted to his Twitter account that he had a great time at his old stomping grounds.

With Matt Leinart scheduled to make $3 million this season and the Texans up against it capwise, is T.J. the unchallenged QB2 heading into training camp?
