Spring time yard clean-up is in order inbetween the Utah blasts of Winter like weather. Just remember that you might not have been doing the normal type of physical activity necessary for outside spring cleaning for a while. Even if you have been training in a Gym, it might not meet up with all the turning and twisting of raking, shoveling and trimming of your yard.
Remember to do some pre-stretching, take breaks along with staying hydrated. The hydration with water is as important now as it will be during the middle of the summer. One other tidbit of advice; if something feels physically too much to do-don't do it yet. Or do it in small increments. It's a great time for help from family and friends.
