July Yappy Hour benefiting Jazzy Pit Bulls set for July 19 in Greenville

The July Yappy Hour is set for this coming Saturday, July 19

Saturday's Yappy Hour event will be held between 2p.m. and 5 p.m. at The Irish Pub, located at 214 North Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville, South Carolina.

Jazzy Pit Bulls Kennel and Rescue will be benefiting from the event, which will feature local vendors, food, drink specials and raffles. Since summer is here, a doggy costume contest is also planned, as well as puppy pools

Admission is free, and the event is dog and kid friendly. This would be a great memory to create for the entire family. It's always a great day when dog lovers get together and share their devotion to the pets in the family.

Bring a dog supply donation and receive one free raffle ticket.

Jazzy Pit Bulls Kennel and Rescue is a Non-profit Pit Bull rescue founded by Jasmine Weaver. Their mission statement says

"We are a small organization with great ambition! Together, with the help of the community, we are working diligently to provide the utmost care possible for abused, neglected and mistreated Pit Bulls. We are endlessly dedicated to our cause and to the sanction and well being of this loving and charismatic breed."

You can check out Jazzy Pit Bulls Kennel and Rescue on their Facebook page.

Founded in Greenville in January 2005, their typical adoption fee is $150 (may vary due to degree of medical attention necessary). This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, microchip and flea and heartworm prevention.

Gather the dogs, the kids and head on out to downtown Greenville and join in the fun.
