Yamhill hobby vineyard was once a turkey farm

A heralded house in Yamhill built by a turkey tycoon now has vineyards and a new owner.

The residence was named the most progressive house in U.S. after it was built in 1948 based on architect Pietro Belluschi's design.

New owner Cecilia McClellan has planted an orderly vineyard to grow pinot noir and pinot blanc grapes, and well-kept gardens are once again visible from the living room windows.
