Another huge new casting decision has been made for the book-to-small screen adaptation of Kiera Cass' The Selection.
Chosen for the coveted leading role, America Singer, is relative newcomer and Israeli actress Yael Grobglas according to Deadline. Grobglas reportedly only had two weeks to audition for the role due to theatrical commitments in her native country, and still she was able to nab the biggest role in the show.
Grobglas takes over the role which was previously played by Aimee Teegarden in The CW's first pilot effort for The Selection.
She joins Peta Sergeant and Sean Patrick Thomas for the cast. Thoughts on the show's newest addition?
