Xfinity a la Oscar: Comcast Has the Ingredients to Prep for the Academy Awards

Leading up to Hollywood’s juiciest night of the year, the Academy Awards on February 26, Comcast is offering customers a prime film selection, from tried and true classics like Casablanca to zanier flicks like 2011’s Bridesmaids.

A dozen movies from this year’s pool of Oscar nominees are available on Xfinity On Demand, includingBridesmaids, Drive,Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, Kung Fu Panda 2, Midnight in Paris, Moneyball, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Help,The Ides of March and others.

Additional On Demand Oscar selections include previous winning films, highlights from the last two Academy Awards, opening monologues from years past, along with a collection of memorable acceptance speeches—who could forget Cuba Gooding Jr.’s  acceptance speech from the 69th Academy Awards?
