With the announcement of the Xbox One's release date comes confirmation that the console has begun to be shipped to retailers. "The first pallet of #XboxOne prepped and ready to start the journey to retailers for November 22nd," Larry Hryb tweeted today, proving that things are indeed going along as planned for Microsoft. The image attached to the message simply shows a pallet of boxes packed away, ready to be shipped out.
It's been a crazy couple of months for Microsoft, but with the release date finally nailed down, hopefully the company can focus on solidifying themselves. They've certainly put a lot of effort into Europe with purchasers receiving a free copy of FIFA 14 or Forza Motorsport 5 on top of it releasing a week before the PlayStation 4. The same can't be said for the rest of the world, but it shows that the company is willing to do what it takes to be successful.
