According to a report today from VG 24/7, several Xbox One owners have reported that Microsoft has granted them refunds after being left unhappy with Battlefield 4: Premium.

The formerly disgruntled gamers took to the Battlefield forums to say that Microsoft Support had refunded their $50 purchase of Battlefield 4: Premium amid stability issues with servers and shooter’s multiplayer service.

A Battlefield 4: Premium subscription gives gamers access to all the DLC releases, including the Xbox One exclusive Second Assault pack, along with access to map packs, priority server access and events worth double XP.

In a report today GameSpot said they had reached out to Electronic Arts for comment on the refunds to no avail, but it’s expected that those getting back their money will have to give up the perks of the Battlefield 4: Premium subscription.

Sony hasn’t yet commented on whether or not they would too honor refunds for PlayStation 3 and PS4 versions of the game.
