The news comes from Xbox Australia product manager Adam Pollington, who told YouTube user ChampChong at EB Games the Xbox One would roll on footage automatically when achievements are reached along with constantly recording the previous five minutes.
"What you can do is, of course, view that five minutes of footage, but in addition to that, the DVR will automatically record any achievements that take place so whenever you unlock a gamer score it will automatically record how you did that so you can check out later,” Pollington said.
Pollington also said gamers will be able to use voice command to tell the Xbox One to record on a certain amount of footage then use Microsoft’s Upload Studio to trim the video or apply voiceover audio before sharing it with friends.
The Xbox One’s Kinect 2.0 will be able to also capture gamer reaction, but developers will be the final deciders on whether or not to integrate gamer reaction.
Pollington also revealed that Kinect 2.0 can support up to six players and requires less spaces to capture a full body.
