PS4 has already been confirmed to be featuring Ustream as part of its list of services, but it looks like since it is not exclusive to the PS4, the Xbox 720 has a chance to utilize it also.
According to a report from VG24/7 on Friday, Ustream CEO Brad Hunstable confirmed that the service is not exclusive to the PS4.
"No, it’s not.
"There’s not something I can announced today, but we will… Again, I go back to our strategy, which is to be ubiquitous as well.
"I want to bring live broadcasting – that’s our mission – to broadcasters of all sizes, but also viewers, wherever they are. We are laser-focused on making sure that happens," Hunstable said.
He also recently discussed some of the goals Ustream has for its work on the PS4.
"Our goal is to allow discovery in a very clean user experience, both in discovery on the console itself and on various platforms that the content'll be available on (like Ustream, Twitter, and Facebook).
"The goal is to make sure it's very easy -- one click of a button, super simple -- and most importantly make sure it looks really, really good. And is viewable wherever people want to watch it from.
"The way I'm really thinking about it is you can think of gamers now having the ability to direct, produce, and star in their own video game production, their own video game TV show (if you will)," Hunstable said.
