The PS4 was finally unveiled by Sony and it looks like the Xbox 720 is still remaining a bit silent behind their cloud of uncertainty, but the PS4 has received a large amount of attention from gaming developers.
According to a report from StrategyInformer yesterday, there were a couple major developers to voice their opinions of what they saw from the PS4.
Epic Games co-founder and vice president Mark Rein expressed his excitement for the upcoming PS4 via Twitter.
"8GB of super-fast RAM - holy cow! Can't wait to see what Microsoft has in store to combat this!" Rein said.
Epic Games founder and CEO Tim Sweeney also sent out his thoughts regarding the next-generation console.
"We are thrilled to build onto our long-established success with PlayStation.
"Unreal Engine 4 is expertly designed for the next generation of game development and the outstanding power of PlayStation 4.
"Today’s demonstration offers a preview of what developers can accomplish using our tools to create games for PlayStation 4," Sweeney said.
