Xbox 720's 'Destiny' trailer and details revealed (Photos)

One of the first Xbox 720 titles looks like it will be "Destiny," which is being developed by Bungie Studios, and finally, some major trailer, gameplay and story details have been shared from the former "Halo" developer.

According to a report from IGN yesterday, Jason Jones, Bungie Studios co-founder, talked about "Destiny" and what he thinks people will say about the game once it is finished.

"Destiny is our next great shooter in a totally new world. By the end I hope you’ll agree that it’s a little crazy.

"We did a bunch of ambitious things on Halo deliberately to reach out to people. We made the game run without a mouse and keyboard, and now nobody plays [first-person shooters] the old way anymore because they don’t want to.

"[So] how do we take this genre that we love so much and turn it on its head? We built this game from the ground up to be social and cooperative," Jones said.

Veteran Bungie music director and composer Marty O’Donnell then talked about how there isn't one theme to "Destiny" and its music.

"We haven’t released something yet that says, ‘And here’s the theme.’ “[But] there are a lot of themes in this music and one might organically become the theme that we hook everything onto," O'Donnell said.

This is certainly shaping up to be an incredibly large game in its scope and its reach, but for more in-depth information, people can check out the trailer below.
