The Xbox 720 will need to make an impact with the things it decides to feature in the console, but the PlayStation 4 is already showing off some of the added features the console will implement.
According to a report from PS4Nexus yesterday, Sony has confirmed that their upcoming next-generation console, the PlayStation 4, will be featuring cross-game chat.
This feature had been wanted before, but Sony apparently wanted to wait until the PS4 to implement this new feature.
This is something that the Xbox 360 has had for quite some time, and some people believe that is a reason why the system has held an advantage over the PlayStation Network.

For those who did not know, Hiroshi Kawano, Sony Computer Entertainment of Japan president, talked about the backwards compatibility of the PS4, as well as pricing that will be involved.
"At the moment it’s not possible to play packaged software on the PS4.
"As a concept, we are thinking of that – but we have to investigate that more thoroughly. It is an important part of our strategy. Besides, Gaikai has joined the company
"What’s a console price? We’ll release the price in the future. We have yet to show the console hardware itself – something we plan to do in stages," Kawano said.
