When the Xbox 720 and PlayStation 4 will be released is apparently going to be around the end of October, as that is what one of the top developers for "Assassin's Creed 4" has alleged and suggested.
According to a report from NowGamer today, "Assassin’s Creed 4" director Jean Guesdon was asked if all versions of the upcoming sequel would be released at the same time.
Guesdon replied saying "same ship," which implies that every version of "Assassin's Creed 4" will be released during the same time.
PS4 has already been confirmed for this game, and there is little doubt in anyone's mind that the Xbox 720 would miss this title, so people may have found out that both system will be debuting together.
If things turn out to be true where gamers have the choice of the PlayStation 4 or the Xbox 720, things will be extremely interesting.
People have thought retail and consoles were dead, but this holiday season will provide a new life for both.
The content that is coming to the PS4 and Xbox 720 should be a major motivating factor for both systems.
Despite people's doubts about what the PS4 and Xbox 720 will be capable of, these two consoles seem to have the world of gaming and beyond wrapped around their metaphorical fingers.
You can check out the video below for what the "AC 4" director said.
