Microsoft announced Friday that it is rolling with various holiday bundles for the Xbox 360 once again this year. A combination of Forza Horizon, Halo 4, Tomb Raider and Kinect Sports are being packed in along with a $50 discount for the console.
The Xbox 360 250GB Holiday Bundle will come with Halo 4, Tomb Raider, and one month of Xbox Live Gold for $249.99 from Oct. 13, 2013 through Jan. 14, 2014.
Meanwhile, the Xbox 360 4GB Kinect Holiday Value Bundle packs Kinect Sports: Season Two, Kinect Adventures plus one month of Xbox Live Gold for $249.99 as well.
Finally, the Xbox 360 250GB Kinect Holiday Value Bundle includes Kinect Sports: Season Two, Kinect Adventures, Forza Horizon and one month of Xbox Live Gold for $349.99.
Note that Xbox 360 console included in these bundles is the newer "E" model introduced at E3 this year. Expect to see these bundles hit Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, the Microsoft Store, Target, Walmart and other retailers in the United States on Sunday, Oct. 13.
The combination of a promotional discount and a game bundle in lieu of a price has been a repeated theme with Microsoft for the last few years of the Xbox 360 lifecycle.
