'X Factor: USA' Top 9: Video: Drew Sings "Skyscraper" on 11/22/11 (Photos)

X Factor: USA's Drew sang Skyscraper from Demi Lovato. Drew was the last singer from Simon Cowell's "Girls" category. The 14-year-old singer shocked everyone last week by saying that she had never had negative criticism before the competition.

L.A. Reid constantly states that Drew isn't worthy of winning because every song she sings is sang in the same way. Unfortunately, with each and every performance, Drew proves Reid right. Every song really is sang in the same way. Even her mentor, Simon Cowell, is starting to look disappointed. You really have to wonder what criticism Cowell would have for his young X Factor: USA protégé if she were under someone else's wing. Would Cowell really think Drew's Skyscraper was THAT good?

This week around, Reid went right at Cowell, saying he chose the wrong song for Drew. However, Drew's defiance was somewhat immature. Still, Cowell looked really pissed about it the exchange and doubt on his end.

'The X Factor' airs Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8PM ETon Fox. During Thanksgiving week, it will air on Tuesday and Wednesday instead. Fox is on channel 2 for Oakland, Ca.
