'X Factor' stars rank in Heat mag's 101 Hottest Hunks on the Planet 2013 list (Photos)

Several stars from "The X Factor" U.K. ranked in Heat magazine's "101 Hottest Hunks on the Planet 2013" list, which was voted on by Heat readers. Heat revealed the rankings on January 22, 2013.

Three of the five members of One Direction are on the list, with One Direction's Harry Styles ranked the highest, at No. 6.

Heat magazine is a British publication, so most of the men on the list are British, including Olympic bronze-medalist diver Tom Daley, who ranked at No. 1.

Here are where "The X Factor" stars are ranked on the list:

• No. 6 -- Harry Styles of One Direction (third place on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2010)
• No. 8 -- Zayn Malik of One Direction (third place on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2010)
• No. 9 -- Olly Murs (second place on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2009)
• No. 11 -- Gary Barlow ("The X Factor" U.K. judge)
• No. 14 -- Louis Tomlinson of One Direction (third place on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2010)
• No. 22 -- James Arthur (winner of "The X Factor" U.K. in 2012)
• No. 29 -- Dermot O'Leary ("The X Factor" U.K. host)
• No. 62 -- Aston Merrygold of JLS (second place on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2008)

All of "The X Factor" stars on the list are bachelors, except for Barlow and O'Leary. Barlow and his wife, Dawn, have been married since 2000. O'Leary and his wife, Dee, got married in 2012, but they have been together since 2002.
