Oh wow, did you see the look on Nicole's face when Tiah Tolliver said she wanted to go, "Platinum, Double Platinum...Diamond" (see it here at time 1:30 ) Nicole, girlfriend, the camera catches your expressions! They are priceless. I do agree with Simon about Tiah, she definitely has a look and strong vocals, she needs more coaching of course. Just get her on key, a trained ear and she's ready.
Unfortunately the (female) judges seem to have a 'tude with Simon at times, so they counter him on some of his decisions. Not saying that is the 'REASON' they differ on the decisions but ... So far, believe it or not, I agree with most of Simon's comments about the talent. I think that little girl (Tiah) came out with so much confidence that it grated Nicole's skin. LOL Just sayin...And Paula...please think for self, do not seek Nicole's approval. Now, Tiah could have saved the PDA with her boyfriend backstage, for when they got home--can you say TMI.
Dude, I actually like Skyelor Anderson's voice. New generation Charlie Pride? His nine hour drive to get to the stage plus his confidence to continue singing without the track, was a testimant to his desire and commitment.
I think Josh Krajcik's mom could've been a stage mom if she had thought about it. LOL, maybe she did because she appeared more excited or him about his chance at fame than he was. But I give him props. What came out of his mouth did not fit the scruffy look he carried on that stage. He sounds a little like Michael Bolton...no wait, maybe a little like Joe Cocker? Maybe. Anywho, I'm definitely on his bandwagon. I hope he does well.
