Wyoming 2012 Roller Derby All-Star: Sadie Godiva

I am very grateful that I was voted to the Wyoming 2012 Roller Derby All-Stars alongside so many wonderful female athletes. I, however, did not feel ethically right about writing an article on myself. Therefore, I have asked my friend and teammate to write a little synopsis and below is an article guest written by the fabulous Eva Lynn Tent.

Sadie Godiva is an integral part of the Jackson Hole Juggernauts Roller Derby league. She plays both blocker and pivot currently and has aspirations of being a jammer this coming season. Where she really stands out is as a pivot. Sadie sees the big picture and is able to help guide her teammates to successful blocking.

She is very involved behind the scenes as well. Sadie is the head of national sponsorship for her league as well as an informed drill sergeant at practice. She has dedicated herself to derby and is a driving force for a new league trying to become a well rounded positive force in their community.
