(Tampa Bay, FL) From the “What took you so long?” department, Sarasota’s WWSB has added “The Tim McCarver Show” to its lineup. The soon to be Hall of Fame inducted baseball announcer, who is also a long time resident of Sarasota, has hosted a one-on-one interview show for more than a decade which is syndicated on over 200 stations around the country.
WMOR in Tampa has been airing the show for a while and now WWSB in Sarasota airs the show Sunday nights at 11:30 p.m. This week’s guest is scheduled to be Hall of Fame quarterback Fran Tarkenton.
Sarasota talker WSRQ 106.9 FM/1220 AM debuts a weekly show on the arts called “The Mezz” with host Brian Hersh this Saturday January 14 at 1:00 p.m.
