General Hospital” fans have been waiting to find out what will happen to Alice (Bergen Williams) for a few weeks. After Rafe's heart was deemed unusable, her outlook looked bleak. Now that Mickey Diamond is dead, it is suspected that his heart will be the one used to save Alice. According to a July 29 report from Soap Opera Digest, David Otunga will be making his daytime debut in a cameo role. He will be visiting a dying Alice in the hospital because she is one of his biggest fans.

David Otunga is one of the WWE wrestlers in real-life. Alice plays a wrestler on “General Hospital,” which is part of the reason Morgan (Bryan Craig) bonded with her. He was a big fan of “The Dominator,” and was star-struck when he met her at the Quartermaine house when he moved in. Otunga will be interacting with Morgan and Kiki (Kristen Alderson), presumably in the hospital.

The recent events on “General Hospital” have fans sitting on the edge of their seats. News of David Otunga's appearance on the show wasn't widely broadcast, so many are just finding out about it now. Otunga sent out a tweet regarding his appearance, and some of his fans were shocked to find out about his stint on the show. From WWE to daytime, there is definitely some huge differences. Otunga mentioned that he is a fan of the show, so getting to do a cameo appearance was something special to him as well.

Now that Alice may be getting Mickey Diamond's heart, David Otunga's appearance may have been all for nothing. Otunga will appear on “General Hospital” July 30. From what is being said, it looks like he drops off some signed items for Alice and poses for some photos as well. Morgan will probably be star-struck, since he is a big-time wrestling fan as well.
